About this site

This portal collects events, day trips, places and food around Munich (and, over time, other areas). It is designed for autistic and otherwise neurodivergent visitors first:

• Every entry can carry a sensory profile: noise, crowds, visual busyness and smells on a 0–3 scale.
• Entries state whether leaving early is easy and whether there is a quiet spot — not just what is fun, but what the exit looks like.
• The layout is predictable: same navigation, same card layout, no pop-ups, no autoplay, no animations.
• Calm mode (top right) hides pictures and reduces visual weight.
• Icons always come with words. Color is never the only signal.
• Filters are framed as comfort limits ("noise at most…"), so you exclude what does not work for you.

Sensory ratings are honest estimates, not guarantees — a lake shore on a hot Sunday is not the same as on a Tuesday morning. Ratings assume a normal day.
