Germany's highest point, reached without any climbing: cogwheel railway from Garmisch or the big cable car from the Eibsee.
ND plan: go up with the first cable car of the morning (shortest queues, clearest air), spend an hour, and be back at the Eibsee shore before the midday rush. The Eibsee combo makes this a full but balanced day.
